Dynamic Packaging®: The Original
With DynaPack single touristic services of different providers can be combined and can be booked online as complete travel package. A new procedure makes it possible, developed by znt Travel: Dynamic Packaging®.
With this technical innovation, bookings both in the Internet and within the CRS systems can be displayed a lot easier and can at the same time be combined more complex. Another advantage is that everything can be processed in real time. In order to achieve this, DynaPack is operated as bridge with in-house logic between the Frontend and the respective touristic service provider systems. Thus, different systems with different interface definitions can communicate via DynaPack.
Flexible Systematics
DynaPack enables the combination of several different and/or equal services online in one booking step. The information of the inquired services will be collected and evaluated in the session memory during one booking process.
By means of the deposited calculation models, the desired single services are presented to the user either as complete offer and/or as single service and saved in the basket of goods. Offers in the basket of goods can be changed anytime before booking. The maintenance of product information of e. g. external tour operators in your in-house system omits.
Intelligent Technology
- Instead of direct communication of the Frontend with the implemented systems, all data traffic is processed via DynaPack in real time.
- DynaPack can communicate with all established systems. Numerous direct connections to well-known providers are already realised.
- Users of DynaPack remain independent of CRS providers, flight-, hotel-, rental car- and other touristic systems.
- Work level for the user is an Internet Frontend or a CRS application for all services. The desired single services will be queried, combined and booked directly in the systems of the service providers by DynaPack via a configurable interface.
- DynaPack evaluates replies from various systems such as CRS, IBE, organiser systems, Mid- and Back-Office, payment systems or account departments and presents them to the user by means of the deposited calculation models as complete offer and / or single services.
- The session memory buffers information which is necessary during the complete booking procedure.
- For the invoicing, the summarised services will be transmitted to a Mid- or Back-Office System.
- No special hard- and software platforms are necessary for the utilisation of DynaPack.
Successful Dynamic Packaging has to meet four criteria: The access to a big number of comparable offers, for example in the field flight, hotel and rental cars. Moreover, a search function by personal selection criteria with price comparison. And finally a booking tool, which offers an online access to all service provider data and bundles all selected services as package. The product solution for this is called DynaPack. On this basis single services, such as flight, hotel and rental cars are combined in one booking step in real time and stored online in the basket of goods.
Innovative Technology
The necessary information of the service providers will be taken directly from the respective reservation systems and are presented to the user as complete package at one price and / or as single services on the basis of the deposited online calculation in DynaPack.
All rules and conditions of the service providers are already considered during the booking process. The advantage is, that the provider does not have to enter any external data and can always access actual prices and availabilities. The product range can be replenished by further modules any time.

DynaPack is continually developed. Many big service providers and established scheduled flight-IBE’s are integrated already today, that is to say as interface pre-configured:

Individual direct connections can be realised any time without delay.
