SIS (Steering in Synergies) Managementboard

 

SIS stands for extremely optimized business-, development- and production processes with frictionless procedure. The technical controlling guarantees high quality to our customers. The profitability is continually controlled online with – by and for – znt-Richter developed systems. Corrections are possible anytime, from change over specification amendments up to reduction or acceleration.

Our precise controlling is laid out for the complete group. Employees in Penang (Malaysia) or Singapore contribute in the same way for projects as employees at Munich, Burghausen, Dresden or Villach. Apart from small booking departments overseas, all administration works are combined in one in-house company, in order to focus on the technique, the project and the service for the customer at all operative units.

Our teams work site-related or nationwide. Offshore activities are only effected in Penang and Singapore by salaried employees of znt-Richter.

SIS Board

All directors and area managers are members of the SIS Steering Board. They decide over projects and processes, especially when they are realized in different units.

We also have external members in our SIS. These are managers of the economy resp. special technical know-how supporters, adding considerable and important incentives for group development perspectives.
