ACCOUNT AND PARTNER MANAGER (W/M/X) – Singapur, Penang
znt-Richter is an international engineering solutions enterprise with multidisciplinary teams specializing in the design, development and implementation of shop floor controls and automation systems. We offer a complete portfolio of IT services, especially for the fields of Semiconductor, Solar, Medical Device, LCD/LED, Automotive and Process Industry.
The Account and Partner Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and partners, develop new business from existing clients and enable business to be conducted through partners.
We are looking for the location Singapore or Penang/Malaysia.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts’ stakeholders and assigned purchasing responsible
Work closely with technical site manager to acquire key accounts’ needs and requirement for the next 6 to 12 months
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to increase revenue and maximize profits
Represent company for Key customers’ Business/Vendor Review
Monitor and facilitate successful delivery of contracts to key customers
Forecast and track key account and partner metrics
Setup and complete all contractual and commercial requirement with identified partners
Ensure compliance and delivery of service by partners according to contractual and commercial agreement
Coordinate and facilitate partner enablement programs
Minimum degree holder in the field of science, engineering or computer science
Min of 5 years of account management or partner management experience in high-tech manufacturing industries
Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate within the company, customers and partners to facilitate customers need fulfillment
Successful track record of managing multiple accounts and partners
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong leadership qualities and attitudes
Well verse in both English and Mandarin
Working experience in IT sector of manufacturing environment will be an advantage
