Medical Technology Day 2020 | Munich

Event | February 11th, 2020 | 9 am

Siemens Digital Industries Software | Munich

Together with Siemens Digital Industries Software and partners Avasis and Medsoto,znt-Richter will demonstrate the participants of the medical technology day Closed Loop Stories in MedTec production using the Siemens software portfolio. The focus is on live presentations, supplemented by keynotes and customer presentations.

The main topics are presented as follows:

  • Siemens Digital Industries Software: Team center change management + variant management; Simcenter simulation; Teamcenter Manufacturing: BOP and EWI

  • znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH: Opcenter EX MDD (formerly Camstar Medical Device Suite)
  • Medsoto GmbH: Requirement management, risk management, validation & verification

  • Avasis: Medical Device Solution: eDHF / eDMR Management

The documentation of development and production processes for products in medical technology is just as important for approval as the finished product itself. Against this background, we will address the following questions on the fourth day of medical technology using an example product:

  • How can you as a medical technology company make this consistent documentation a minor matter and still meet the requirements of the FDA and MDR / IVDR?
  • How can a continuous end-to-end process from requirement to engineering to production be designed using our solutions?

The event is supplemented by customer and specialist lectures to give an insight into the digitization strategies of other medical technology companies under the umbrella theme "Digital consistency in medical technology" as well as a concluding discussion round.
